June 16, 2023: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to come up with a new housing scheme that will include exquisite luxury penthouses and terrace gardens overlooking a golf course in Dwarka. The upcoming housing scheme is set to be divided in two phases and it will consist of 17,000 flats in total to cater several income groups.
May 17th, 2023: Delhi Development Authority has released an official warning against fake websites that are trying to lure people for flat bookings under the name of the authority. The authority has been receiving complaints registered against fake housing schemes in the Delhi Police Cyber Cell and Economic Offence Wing. DDA has also found some fake websites such as ddaflat.org.in and ddahousingyojana.com that have launched fake housing schemes and duped people out of money.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has just launched the DDA Housing Scheme 2022. The much-awaited DDA Housing Scheme 2022 is rolled out for the Narela region of Delhi. The DDA Housing Scheme 2022 (DDA Scheme 2022) will be based on the ‘First-Come-First-Serve’ (FCFS) basis. Starting from September 12, 2022, the DDA Housing Scheme 2022 is an online running scheme for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories.
The DDA has announced the Draw result of DDA Special Housing Scheme 2021 for waitlisted candidates. In the released result, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has compiled a list of candidates with application number, applicant name, payment mode, sector location, pocket, block, flat category and flat number.
1. Interested persons can check all relevant details like the size of the pocket, Layout plan of the flat flats, location and pocket online at https://eservices.dda.org.in/. 1. The application money paid will be adjusted against the cost of the flat but will be non-refundable in case of surrender/cancellation. 2. The desirous persons may apply online and will have a choice to book a specific flat on 'First Come First Serve' basis.
